To place an order, simply add the Products you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed successfully.

3.2 Order Acceptance:
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3.3 Product Availability:
We strive to keep our product listings up-to-date, but availability cannot always be guaranteed. In case of out-of-stock items, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing:
All prices on our website are in PKR and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors.

4.2 Payment:
We accept the following payment methods: debit/credit card, COD, Easypaisa, and Jazz cash. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your order will be processed once payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping:
We ship to all cities in Pakistan except some rural areas.  Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.

5.2 Delivery:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for Products purchased pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns:

6.2 Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.3 Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged Products. Contact us within 7days of receiving the Product to arrange an exchange.
